"Works great and easy connecting to aplication. Energy monitoring is bonus feature. Better than the square ones, it gets in the way less on a power strip with more plugs."

Questions, answered
How do I set it up?
It pairs with the free Smart Life app (iOS and Android):
- Download "Smart Life" from the App Store or Google Play and create an account.
- Plug the device in and press the power button for about 6 seconds until the light blinks quickly (pairing mode).
- In the app, tap + and let it auto-scan, or add it manually, then enter your home Wi-Fi password (2.4GHz only - it doesn't connect to 5GHz networks).
- Once connected you can rename it, set schedules, and link it to Amazon Alexa or Google Home if you want voice control.
Open the full step-by-step setup help - covers pairing, Alexa and Google Home, and troubleshooting.
For indoor use only.
Will it fit my wall socket?
Yes. It is a South African 3-pin plug, built to fit standard South African wall sockets.
How does it connect?
It joins your 2.4GHz home Wi-Fi through the app. Setup takes a few minutes.
Does it work with Alexa and Google Home?
Yes. Set it up in the free Smart Life app, then link it to Amazon Alexa or Google Home. The setup help page shows the steps.
What does it cost to run?
The plug's power monitoring shows the real-time energy use (kWh) of whatever is plugged in, in the app. Multiply that by your own electricity tariff to see what an appliance costs you.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 7-13 business days.
What if it stops working?
You are covered by our warranty. Contact us and we will repair, replace or refund.
Which payment methods do you accept?
