Refund policy

We want you to love your ChillWave blanket. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Change-of-mind returns aren't currently offered due to international shipping costs, but if something's wrong with your order, we'll make it right.
