Shipping cost: Shipping is free across South Africa — no matter your location or order size.

Delivery time: Orders typically arrive within 7-13 days. We work directly with our fulfilment partner to get your order to you as efficiently as possible, and we'll keep you updated the whole way.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.

Why the wait? We ship directly from our supplier to you, which cuts out warehouse markups and lets us offer WI-FI Plugs at a genuinely low price with worldwide shipping included. It takes a bit longer than next-day delivery, but it's how we keep the price fair.
